Orders can be modified or cancelled within a 24 hours of placing the order. Contact support with your order number.

Standard deliveries usually arrive within 2 weeks within UAE & 3-5 weeks in Pakistan.

At MIRAH, each garment is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

We accept returns or exchanges only if one or more of the following applies:

• You received an incorrect item, size, or colour.
• The item has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.

Please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing contact@themirah.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and the defect

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide further instructions. All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
