1) Orders & Processing

All orders are processed within two business days once payment has been authorized. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped on the next working day.

Orders are subject to product availability, and MIRAH reserves the right to cancel or delay any order if necessary.

2) Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping from our Dubai, UAE headquarters through our trusted courier partners. Free shipping is available for all local UAE orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance, courier handling, or seasonal demand. Estimated delivery times are 7–10 working days within the UAE and up to 3–4 weeks for international orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. All customs duties, import fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

3) Exchanges & Returns

Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer care team at info@themirah.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We are happy to exchange any damaged item; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges may be declined if insufficient reason is provided.

Refunds are not accepted, and exchanges cannot be made for incorrectly ordered items. Please review all product details and size guides before purchasing.

4) Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. MIRAH cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details, customs delays, or courier handling issues.

5) Privacy

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for processing and delivering your order. MIRAH complies with UAE data protection regulations and does not share or sell customer data to third parties.

6) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

The website www.themirah.com and all its contents are owned and operated by Suuf LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
